The hotel was beautifully kept. the room was beautifully decorated and well-appointed, with a living area and separate lounge. the staff I encountered were hard-working. the location was the best possible, close to a large shopping mall, restaurant, and easy access to public transportation to downtown.

Its location was excellent, just off downtown and suburbs and main downtown area and Toronto airport. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was big.

The staff were pleasant and welcoming and provided help.

The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options such as cereals, eggs, fruit, bread and freshly made waffles.

Studio suite with 2 queen beds & a pull out sofa bed was the best. The most important was the staff - decent and accommodating people. Marvellous location, we were not far from Toronto and airport.

We had a very good stay that met my requirements, will certainly stay here again. Gorgeous and fantastic hotel, very amiable staff, greatly enjoyed absolutely perfect location close enough to Convenient to subway and so easy to use public transportation to downtown and Mississauga. The suite was large with comfortable beds.

The staff were extremely helpful. the room was kept clean and had a full-size fridge and tub. - the breakfast offered a wide variety of food options. - the hotel is situated in a quiet location with shopping and dining options nearby. - It's a short walk to shopping and dining options and just 20 minutes from Kipling subway. - Close to suburban mall Square One Shopping Center.

Welcoming and helpful staff, spacious, comfortable and well appointed suite, excellent buffet breakfast - very good value especially for families. Much appreciated after a long haul flight from UK before travelling on our holiday destination.

Probably a little too far from the city centre for a shopping trip but close to main routes so check out local public transport options before deciding.

The rooms come with a kitchen. They offer a wide range of breakfast options such as fresh bread, pancakes, and eggs. - the location is absolutely perfect, being close to Toronto Pearson airport, attractions, food, and the Square One Shopping Center.

Suite was just perfect. If they could sort out the shuttle bus I would have no hesitation is staying there again.

Their failure to meet us at the airport with the shuttle bus. After 1 hour wait we got a taxi.

The entire hotel was beautifully designed, the suites were complete for your every possible need, the beds and pillows were super comfy and they had a great breakfast buffet for all types of diets.

The hard-working and competent staff provided me with private parking and a decently sized, modern king suite upon request.

The place was super clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. the beds were cozy and made for a good night's sleep. 😊

Everything was great! Best hotel yet and we have been all over europe and NA. Apartment hotel formula at its very best. the only thing missing is a bath robe but with free parking wifi hearty brrakfast a gym a pool and friendly staff. unlike many this is fully equipped with even an ice maker and forty inch lcd tv in bedroom and livingroom
